Pre-Construction:

From contract signing a typical timeframe for the pre-construction stage of the build is approximately 17 weeks. However, we like to remind our customers to keep in mind several factors that can vary your build time greatly, including:

• Council consent
• Finance approval, and
• Land registration.

Commencement of Construction:

With all the above in place, the construction of your transportable home will commence within our facilities. With Akora’s best-in-class forecasting and streamlined fabrication process we ensure the fastest build time possible and that your home is built without delay within 16 weeks guaranteed.

Home Delivery:

In order for your build to be delivered by a guaranteed delivery date we require:

• Access to the land (prior to delivery to prepare the site)
• Confirmation of home location and orientation
• Clear access to your site (i.e. vegetation, trees, powerlines etc.) for road delivery

Once your home is delivered site works will be completed within approximately 2 weeks.
