On-Site Visits
At Akora Homes we encourage you to make an appointment to stop by our construction yard facility to inspect your new home during the build phase. This is a great opportunity to ensure you are satisfied with the progression of your home and discuss the timeline to completion and delivery to your block with our sales and service teams.
During the final construction phase, we recommend booking an on-site walkthrough inspection of your home. If you can’t make it to the Akora Homes construction yard, we invite you to view and inspect the progress via videos and images of your home supplied as an alternative instead.
Customer Portal
Our customer portal is our online tool available to you all day - every day. This is where your documents, progress update and build photos will be shared by our team and accessed by you at any time. Our construction team will regularly keep you updated along the journey of your home build with images of framework right through to your completed home out for delivery.
